OUR TEAM
Hank Fischer is the marketing director for all projects. He co-ordinates the development designs as well as inventory control. He funds the Mountain Escape program as well as offering an extensive array of marketing tools. All of our onsite representatives work directly with Hank. During his 37 years in this business, Hank has developed the ability to bring the right product to the marketplace at the right time. Hank works closely with the developers to add amenities and value to each project. His greatest talent is to convince the developer of the time value of money! Hank’s marketing company covers the total cost of marketing on a multi-state basis. Relieving the developer from these expenses plus having the ability to sell out a development in a few years versus a few decades allows the developer to offer prime real estate at prices that competitors can’t match. The concept is proven, not experimental. The best thing about Hank is his ability to share his experience with the entire team. The knowledge is priceless. After all, using the team concepts has enabled Hank to sell hundreds millions of dollars of prime real estate – one lot at a time.
Jerry Sandvick is the broker of record in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. He has been a full time real estate agent since 1983 and has been part of the Hank Fischer team since 1987. Jerry’s slide show and presentation continues to be a critical factor in most of our client’s decision to take a MOUNTAIN ESCAPE.

Buddy Mullins 706-969-8820 is Sales Manager for all onsite activities. He has worked with Hank and Jerry over a long period of time at our Florida projects. Buddy not only had a phenomenal closing rate, but also becomes a good friend to most everyone he works with. Buddy’s personal touch with each of our prospect allows us to maintain one of the highest referral percentages in the industry. E-Mail: buddymullins1@alltel.net
Karen Reed is the dinner party hostess. She has been part of the program for seven years. Keeping track of each guest and making sure the proper agent gets credit for each invite is one of the most important parts of our network of dinner parties. Remember that each sale must be credited to the proper real estate agent. Even when a customer invites a new prospect, that customer must have originally heard about the program from an agent who will receive the commission.
Andy Sandvick is our webmaster. His duties include writing, hosting and editing the multiple web sites we host. www.themountainresortproperties.com is the site the entire broker network uses for information. He also hosts the agent page at www.mountainresortproperties.net which offers many "real estate agent only" resources. Andy is also licensed with Innsbruck Resort Real Estate and assists at most of the dinner presentations including sending the questionnaire results to agents not attending.
