Mountain Resort Communities is our real estate marketing team that represents several resorts throughout the southern Blue
Ridge Mountains in Georgia and South Carolina.
Where are the projects located?
They are all located in the southern blue ridge mountains. Cedar C.iffs is near Elijay Georgia near Carter's Lake, The Rock
at Jocassee is in Pickens County, South Carolina, Shallow Creek is located in Hiawassee, Ga,, Kingwood is located in
Clayton, Georgia and Waterfall at Lake Burton is located just outside of Clayton, Georgia on the Lake.
How much money do I need to get involved?
On a $50,000 home site the down payment would be $5,000 and the payments would be $187/month.
Why should I invest my money in real estate?
Real estate(particularly resort real estate in the blue ridge mountains) has been going up in value at incredible rates. Its also
a rather safe investment. You have to look pretty far to find any real estate that ever goes down in value. See why we think

What is the dinner program?
We hold dinner presentations in several cities throughout the southeast. The dinners include a complimentary meal and an
informative presentation about our resorts. If you like what you see and want to visit the properties you will be invited on a

What is a Mountain Escape?
A mountain escape is a mini-vacation to the mountains to see the property and decide if you would like to get involved. It is
a three day two night visit. We will put you up at Kingwood Resort or at Feildstone Resort.
